AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a School-based contract in Houston, Texas. The position offers 39 weeks of work at 40 hours per week, with travel requirements and a daily shift structure.

The SLP will perform assessments, develop IEPs, deliver direct therapy, monitor progress, and train teachers on integrating speech goals in classrooms. Start date ASAP with competitive hourly pay.

• Must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in school settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement IEPs with goals for students with speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment.
