Job summary

HumanEdge Health in John Day, OR is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for an outpatient pediatric–heavy assignment. The role includes predominantly pediatric caseload with a 10% adult acute care component and MBSS experience is required.

The ideal candidate will hold an Oregon SLP license (or be able to obtain), have a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and be comfortable working across settings while documenting care and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Pediatric experience required
• Must be comfortable independently performing MBSS
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP evaluations and treatment services in outpatient and acute/swing bed settings
• Manage a primarily pediatric outpatient caseload
• Treat adult patients in the acute care and swing bed setting
• Perform and interpret MBSS
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
