Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Napa, CA. The role involves evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders, with a focus on delivering evidence-based therapy in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology; CCC-SLP preferred.
• CCC-SLP status or eligibility; other licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse ages.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
