Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC certifications or eligibility required.
• Active state licensure or licensure application in progress.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing deficits.
• Develop individualized care plans and set goals.
• Provide therapy services per physician orders; adjust plans as needed.
