Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in the Cochran, Georgia area through a travel assignment. The role focuses on direct care in a home setting with medically fragile students, two 45-minute sessions weekly, and strong support from our travel team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) required
• Current state SLP licensure or eligibility required
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach to supporting medically fragile students
• Ability to work independently in a home environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver two 45-minute speech therapy sessions per week at the student's home
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals as needed
• Track progress and adjust interventions to meet student’s needs
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation
