Job summary

Gifted Healthcare, a premier travel nursing agency in the United States, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our care team in Eugene, Oregon. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to provide evaluation and treatment for residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

You will document progress, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to comprehensive care reports.

Qualifications

• Mastery in speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, care plans, and interdisciplinary interactions.
• Evaluate clients and develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs.
• SLP observe and reassess client progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly.
• Initiate diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative procedures as appropriate to the patient’s care and safety.
