Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a SNF assignment in Hagerstown, Maryland. The role is a 40-hour week position with 8-hour shifts, running for 13 weeks, starting on 09/14/2026, with relocation benefits and travel support.

You will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide documentation and progress notes to ensure high-quality patient care throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY completion and current ASHA CCC.
• Active state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis and treatment for speech, language and swallowing disorders.
• Provide therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting on a travel basis.
• Document progress and communicate with care teams and physicians.
