Job summary

Pioneer Healthcare Services seeks a travel School Speech Language Pathologist for a 42-week assignment in Modesto, California. This on-site role offers 35 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts in a School setting, serving students with speech and language needs. A master's in SLP and CA licensure are required.

You will collaborate with teachers and families, develop IEP-informed plans, and document progress while enjoying the support of a national staffing firm.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CA licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, and social communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support students' educational goals.
• Educate staff on strategies to accommodate students with speech and language challenges.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Implement interventions within the classroom setting to enhance communication.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
