Weekly gross pay ranges from $2,681 to $2,823, with standard benefits and recruiter support. You’ll perform direct patient care, document timely notes, and coordinate with the care team in a collaborative LTC/SNF setting.

• Active LTC/SNF license required.
• 1 year full-time SLP LTC/SNF experience in the last 2 years.
