Job summary

Soliant seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment near Orange, NJ, delivering school-based services to an elementary caseload. The role runs full-time hours (35 per week) with 8:15 AM–3:15 PM, Monday through Friday, in a dynamic educational setting.

You will perform testing, evaluations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, attending IEP meetings and documenting progress while enjoying travel benefits and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology NJ license (CCC only)
• Must have previous school-based SLP experience
• Experience with elementary caseloads preferred
• Ability to conduct testing, assessments, and evaluations
• Must be comfortable working within school district settings
• Reliable transportation and proximity for commuting
• Completion of onboarding: TB test, physical, and fingerprinting

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Manage a full-time caseload (35 hours/week, 8:15AM-3:15PM, Monday-Friday)
• Deliver comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster communication skills and support student success
