AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a Clinical Fellowship School travel assignment in Bennington, Vermont. The role supports students, teachers, and families, delivering therapy and assessing needs within the school setting.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, delivering individual and group therapy, and training staff on strategies to integrate speech goals into classrooms. 45-week assignment with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in SLP or related field required.
• State license required to start the assignment.
• Experience in school setting, early childhood, or pediatrics preferred.
• Knowledge of speech and language development and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Maintain confidential student records per federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEP goals for students with speech needs.
• Deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Train teachers and staff on effective strategies to integrate speech goals.
