Job summary

Advantis Medical Staffing in Buffalo, MO is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

The role pays $2,294 per week on an evenings shift (5x8) and includes recruiter guidance, fast onboarding, and complimentary licensing support starting Day 1. Missouri and national licensure are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Speech Language Pathologist experience.
• Missouri and national licensure requirements.
• Licensure and certifications as mandated by regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapy for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Assess and manage dysphagia with diet-texture recommendations when assigned.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication and safe-swallowing strategies.
