Responsibilities

Long-term care nursing facility setting with short-term rehabilitation services.
102-bed facility.
Days shift, 8-hour shifts.
No weekend requirements.
No on-call requirements.

Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and decrease aspiration risk.
Design communication strategies to help residents be better understood and understand others.
Lead, guide, and direct speech-language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensure care and services align with established facility policies and procedures.
