Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment near Hamtramck, MI to work onsite at an elementary school for a 32.5-hour workweek through June 18, 2027. You will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and help develop IEPs with a passionate educational team.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• SLP-CCC credentials required.
• Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting highly valued.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload of 30–40 elementary students.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and deliver speech/language therapy to elementary students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain detailed records and adhere to compliance standards.
• Contribute to a positive and dynamic school environment.
