Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 14-week travel assignment in Willows, CA. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, delivering personalized therapy plans across settings and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires valid SLP licensure, current BLS, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP preferred. Comprehensive travel benefits and 40-hour weeks are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in accordance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
• Current CCC-SLP certification preferred
• SLP experience desirable but new grads welcome
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments
• Document progress clearly in EMR
• Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintain safe, compliant therapy environments
• Engage in quality assurance and ongoing professional development
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice
