Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Hampton, Virginia. You will provide skilled speech therapy services to patients, assess communication and swallowing needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan care.

This travel role offers 40 hours per week, a 13-week duration, weekly pay, housing options, and comprehensive benefits. Applicants must have CCCs, an active or in-process state license, a Master's in Speech-Language

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in process of licensure.
• At least one year of professional working experience.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have CCC's.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills.
