Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Experience appreciated but new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Ensure safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality assurance.
