Job summary

Towne U.S. LLC through AlliedTravelCareers currently seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Alliance, Nebraska (69301). You will work in a skilled nursing facility, collaborating with a rehab team to enhance patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.

Active SLP licensure or eligibility is required, with SNF experience preferred. Start ASAP, 8-hour days, five days a week, and competitive weekly pay with housing and travel

Qualifications

Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the assignment state.
Prior SNF experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement customized therapy plans based on patient needs.
Collaborate with rehab team including PT/OT and nursing staff.
Monitor and document patient progress according to SNF protocols.
Educate patients and families on treatment techniques and progress.
