Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 10-week travel assignment in Pipestone, MN. The role supports evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders across age groups, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

You’ll work in a collaborative setting, following 12-hour shift schedules and 35-hour work weeks. Eligible candidates hold a valid SLP license and BLS, with preferred qualifications including CCC-SLP and Master’s

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing practices.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance during therapy sessions.
