Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Susanville, California. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility, with a 40-hour workweek and 8-hour shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in SLP, a current CCC from ASHA, and an active California license. BLS may be required. Prior SNF and dysphagia experience are preferred, and you will document services electronically.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
• Active California SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia management, instrumental assessments (FEES or MBSS) preferred.
• Facility requires clinicians who can document electronically; experience with EHR systems preferred.
