Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract in Carbondale, Colorado. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

Start date is 10/05/2026. Travel SLPs work in Skilled Nursing Facilities, helping patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders while exploring western Colorado.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by AHA or ARC.
• SNF experience is required.
