Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Watsonville, California. You will provide PTA services to patients recovering from injuries or illness under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

This travel role is 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts on days, at a skilled nursing facility. California licensure and BLS may be required, and prior SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience supporting mobility programs, transfers and restorative care within a SNF environment (preferred).

Responsibilities
