Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Fresno, California. You will work 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, providing hands-on rehab under a licensed PT and supporting patient mobility and functional goals.

Requirements include an associate degree in Physical Therapy, California PTA license, and BLS; SNF experience and EMR familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
• Familiarity with Net Health EMR preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity expectations (approx. 90%).
• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to SNF patients under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans.
• Document progress in the electronic medical record.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active California PTA state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
• Familiarity with Net Health electronic medical record preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity expectations (approximately 90% productivity) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
