Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Bridgeton, New Jersey. The role is a travel position with a standard 40-hour work week and an 8-hour shift from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

The PTA will treat patients recovering from injuries or illness to improve movement and function, while delivering therapy within skilled nursing facility settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve movement, mobility and activity tolerance during therapy sessions.
