The role involves providing therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, with a typical schedule of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and relevant SNF experience. NetHealth familiarity is a plus; BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Active State License required to start.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Experience with adult patients.
• Experience with NetHealth.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Lunch break: 30 minutes.
• Patient population includes adults recovering from stroke, pneumonia, cardiac conditions, hip conditions, and acute care needs.
• Productivity expectation: 90%.
