Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment in Canton, Illinois. The role is 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will support patients in SNF settings recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better and stay active while benefits and housing assistance are provided for traveling clinicians.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in SNF under the guidance of a licensed PT to improve mobility and function.
• Support travel PTA responsibilities for Canton, IL assignment.
