Job summary
Health, Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities to provide patient care, recovery support, and chronic condition management.
You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy across day shifts while ensuring documentation compliance and contributing to patient progress.

Qualifications
- Must hold a Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate) from an accredited institution.
- Active state Physical Therapy license is required.
- BLS certification is a plus.
