The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care across diverse settings. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with care teams while documenting outcomes and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a degree in Physical Therapy (BA/BS, MS, or DPT), an active state license, and BLS certification if required.

• Active state license required.
