Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Watertown, Massachusetts. The role requires providing 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule in a SNF setting, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary rehab team.

You will work with orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac, and medically complex patients, focusing on balance training, functional mobility, and safe discharge planning to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible in Massachusetts.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel to assignments and cover 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to SNF patients, focusing on functional mobility, balance and safe discharge planning.
• Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary rehab team (PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs).
