Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in California. The role focuses on patient evaluations, treatment plans, and OT interventions to improve daily living skills. You will document in EMR and work independently in a dynamic environment, with daytime shifts and travel between sites.

Candidates should hold an OT degree from an accredited program and a California OT license. Travel reimbursement and housing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California OT License.
• Preferred SNF or long-term care experience with ADL retraining.
• Ability to conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans independently.
• BLS certification may be required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy License.
• Preferred experience in SNF or long-term care settings, including ADL retraining and therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform interventions independently.
• BLS certification may be required.
