Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Missouri Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluations, daily treatments, and patient discharges in a fast‑paced SNF setting.
• Willingness to follow company policies and productivity expectations (90% productivity requirement).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high rehab‑to‑home populations.
• Previous experience meeting productivity and documentation standards in a SNF.
