Job summary

Zurich Cover-More's Travel Guard team is seeking a customer-focused agent to help customers understandour travel insurance offerings and make confident coverage decisions. In the World Service Center, you’ll apply a consultative sales approach, listening to travel plans and recommending products that best fit needs, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities for career growth.

The role supports a hybrid work approach, with three days in the office and two days working from home, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while effectively handling calls.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting information.
• Ability to work 2nd shift between 12pm-10pm Monday-Friday with rotating weekend.
• Position includes a shift differential of $3/hour from 5pm-7am weeknights and all day on Saturday/Sunday and additional $3/hour Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 7pm-7am.
• A full background check is required to obtain the state license requirements needed to sell travel insurance in all US states and jurisdictions.

This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. What you’ll be doing:

In this role you’ll help customers understand our travel insurance offerings and make confident decisions about their coverage.
