AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based assignment in Lexington, South Carolina. This contract runs for 13 weeks with a 40-hour work week and dayshift schedule.

The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students’ speech and language needs within a school setting. The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC from ASHA, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CCC from ASHA is required.
• State license required to start the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement IEPs with goals for students with speech-language needs.
• Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups.
• Train teachers and staff on effective speech therapy strategies.
