Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for travel assignments in Winston-Salem, NC. The role focuses on evaluating students and delivering therapy services in accordance with individual care plans and physician orders.

Candidates must hold active SLP licensure in North Carolina; CCC-SLP is preferred; CPR, TB/quarantine tests, and health certificate compliance may apply. Travel benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of assignment required
• CCC-SLP certification preferred and may be required by state/contract
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting evaluates students and provides therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders.
• Documents therapy services in accordance with the plan of care.
