Job summary

Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment at NSMC Salem Hospital in Salem, MA. The role pays $2,150 per week on a Nights 3x12 schedule, with on-site duties supporting patient care and coordination with the care team.

You will perform respiratory assessments, deliver prescribed therapies, operate vents and ABG analysis, and participate in patient care documentation and codes as needed. Recruiting support and Day 1 benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Registered Respiratory Therapist experience.
• Current RRT certifications and Massachusetts/national licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status and deliver therapies per orders.
• Set up and monitor ventilators, assist with weaning as directed.
• Draw and analyze arterial blood gases.
• Respond to rapid responses and codes, provide airway support as needed.
