Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift position in Asheville, North Carolina. The assignment covers adult, pediatric and neonatal patients in a Level II trauma center, with 3x12 hour nights and a 36-hour workweek.

Requirements include RRT certification, NC license if applicable, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Expect travel premiums and a 13-week assignment, with weekends required.

Qualifications

• RRT certification required for the role.
• North Carolina Respiratory License required if applicable.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities

• Work in Respiratory Services serving adult, pediatric and neonatal patients.
• Float to Critical Care units and floors as needed.
• Handle night shift (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) and 3x12 hour shifts.
• Maintain patient care across diverse age groups in a Level II trauma center.
