Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Respiratory Therapist for NICU duties in Charlottesville, VA. This 12-hour day shift role offers 36 hours per week in a self-scheduling unit with travel benefits and a competitive pay package.

The position requires active RRT, BLS, and NRP credentials, plus at least 1 year of NICU experience, including Level 4 NICU. VA licensure is preferred or can be pursued with temporary license options.

Qualifications

• Active RRT certification required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• At least 1 year of experience, including Level 4 NICU experience.
• Pediatric ICU experience and Children's hospital exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care in the NICU for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Work the 12-hour day shifts with a self-scheduling unit model.
• Coordinate care with NICU team and participate in patient rounds.
