American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift in a Level 3 NICU setting within a 160-bed hospital in Indiana. You will support ICU, Med Surg, and ER units, manage ventilators, Bipaps, and high-flow devices, and assist with intubations and bedside bronchoscopies.

Epic EMR charting is used. The role requires at least 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, active RRT credential, and ACLS/PALS/BLS/NRP certifications, with license where applicable.

Qualificações

• Valid RRT credential required.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Active license if applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience.
• Level 3 NICU experience required.
• Acute care experience across ICU, Med Surg, ER.
• Experience managing Bipaps, ventilators, and HHFNC.
• Experience assisting with intubations and bedside bronchoscopies.
• Proficient Epic EMR charting.
• No employment gaps over 90 days in past year.

Responsabilidades

• Care for patients in Respiratory unit within a 160-bed hospital.
• Cover ICU, Med Surg, ER and Level 3 NICU populations.
• Manage ventilators, Bipaps, and high-flow units.
• Assist with intubations and bedside bronchoscopies.
• Chart using Epic EMR system.
• Night shift: 6:00pm–6:30am, 3x12-hour shifts; 36-hour week.
• Weekend rotation every other weekend; no on-call.
• Maintain efficiency with heavy patient loads and high acuity.
• Contribute to a cohesive team with experienced staff.
• Adhere to pewter gray scrub color policy.
