Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner - Accredited Respiratory Therapist program; Registry eligible.
• Current RRT credential.
• State license in Respiratory Care if required in the state.
• Credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, NRP). BLS/ACLS/PALS per American Heart Association.
• Interpersonal and analytical communication skills; basic Windows computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Follow AARC guidelines and maintain professional practice standards.
• Act independently within scope of knowledge and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement outcomes.
