Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Great Falls, MT. You will provide advanced respiratory care to adult patients in a facility setting and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

Formación

• One year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• RRT credential from the NBRC.
• Valid respiratory therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physicians to develop patient treatment plans.
• Examine and interview patients with breathing and/or cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Perform diagnostic tests, such as measuring lung capacity or collecting blood/sputum samples.
• Treat patients through methods including chest physiotherapy and aerosol medications.
• Set up and monitor equipment to ensure correct oxygen delivery.
• Observe and record patient status and progress.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on medication use and equipment.
• Perform other duties within the scope of RRT practice.
