The ideal candidate will have an active NBRC RRT credential, CPR/BLS, and a valid respiratory therapy license in the state. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with physicians to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• NBRC RRT credential.
• Valid respiratory therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to develop patient treatment plans.
• Assess and interview patients with respiratory disorders.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measure lung function.
• Administer therapies such as chest physiotherapy and aerosol medications.
• Set up and monitor oxygen delivery and equipment.
• Observe and record patient status and progress.
• Educate patients/families on device use and medications.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
