Solutions By Sanford is seeking Registered Nurses for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The role involves full nursing care using the nursing process, collaboration with physicians and a focus on comprehensive patient care across all phases from assessment to follow-up.

The position requires a nursing degree, an unencumbered RN license (multistate acceptable if in NLC), and at least one year of experience with travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate license acceptable if NLC state.
• At least one year of experience; travel experience preferred.
• Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
