Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. This is a 14-week contract with the option to extend or rotate to another Sanford site, offering weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, patient assessment, education, triage, and coordination of care across the inter-professional team, with licensure requirements and standard clinical competencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA considerations.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state and multistate licensure if applicable.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications for the department.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and execute care.
• Provide patient education, triage, and age/population appropriate care.
