Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Bismarck, ND. The RN will provide nursing care using the full nursing process and collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program and an active RN license; 1+ year experience with at least 6 months travel experience preferred. Contracts run for 14 weeks with potential extension and weekly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage and follow-up within the scope of practice.
