Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments to support underserved communities. You will apply the nursing process to deliver personalized care and collaborate with physicians to implement effective care plans.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, education, triage, and execution of diverse nursing interventions across preventative and treatment phases, while maintaining licensure standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications for the department.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases—preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, education, triage, and performing various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the full scope of nursing standards, adhering to licensure and regulatory guidelines.
