Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA seeks a Registered Nurse for the Vascular Stepdown IMCU on a temporary traveler basis. This 14-week assignment is a Day shift position in 9 Kaufman, a 24-bed unit focusing on vascular surgery, telemetry, and transplant care.

Ideal candidates have an acute care background, BSN/ASN/ diploma, and hold a Virginia or compact license with BLS/ACLS. Sentara emphasizes patient safety, learning, and teamwork in a Magnet-designated, Level I center.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required (ASN/BSN/MSN/ Diploma).
• Virginia or Compact multi-state RN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale experience.
