Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for Telemetry/Stepdown in Florence, SC. This night-shift assignment requires 2 years ICU or Stepdown experience and an active SC or compact RN license. You will work in a 12-bed hospital Stepdown unit with a 1:4 patient ratio, holiday rotation, every other weekend, and no on-call duties.

Epic EMR experience is preferred. First-time travelers with ICU/Stepdown background are welcome; the weekly pay is up to $1,834, with lodging and meal stipends included.

Qualifications

• Active SC RN license or compact license required in hand prior to start
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Prior ICU and/or Stepdown experience required
• Driver's License and SSN required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to stepdown/telemetry patients including cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and line management
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies per unit protocol
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient transitions
