Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment in Colorado. This 13-week contract requires 1 year of PCU/telemetry experience and NIH Stroke Certification, with a CO or Compact RN license.

Shifts are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, travel-friendly with housing allowance and day-one benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and per diem. First-time travelers may be considered; travelers must reside outside a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (CO or Compact)
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU/telemetry experience
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Cardiac PCU/telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift schedule
• Provide direct patient care within a cardiac progressive care/telemetry unit
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, no local candidates accepted
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
