Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry for a 13-week night shift assignment in Rancho Mirage, CA. The role requires strong telemetry skills, ability to manage multiple comorbidities, and comfort with floating across units.

Candidates must have at least 2 years in telemetry, travel experience, and a valid California RN license. ACLS/BLS and other certifications are preferred; cardiac drips experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in telemetry nursing required.
• Travel experience mandatory; no first-time travelers accepted.
• Valid state nursing license required.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, OCN, PCCN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple patient care areas, excluding certain units.
• Manage and interpret cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmias in real time.
• Care for patients with diabetes, COPD, cardiovascular disease, sepsis, and hepatic issues.
• Titrate and manage cardiac drips (3+ meds listed) with monitoring.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols; weekends required.
