Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tyler, Texas. Responsibilities include managing patient care with a 1:6 ratio, floating to units of equal acuity, administering medications, and using Epic for charting.

The shift is 12 hours nights, 3x12, for a 13-week contract. Must hold active RN license (State or Compact), at least 2 years of nursing experience, BLS, and travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (State or Compact) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Certifications including BLS required.
• Charge experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care for a maximum ratio of 1:6.
• Float to units of equal acuity as needed.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Utilize Epic for patient documentation and charting.
• Provide support in emergency situations and follow protocols for patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
